These terms govern the services Perdon Global Travel provides to corporate accounts, Principal members and individual clients.
We act as your agent in arranging travel, accommodation, ground transport and related services with third-party suppliers. Each supplier's own conditions of carriage or service also apply to your booking.
Corporate programmes and memberships are invoiced on the schedule agreed in your engagement letter. Individual journeys are quoted in advance and confirmed on payment. Supplier costs are passed through as incurred.
We will always try to change or cancel arrangements at the lowest possible cost. Supplier cancellation terms, which can be strict for private aviation and peak-season accommodation, are disclosed at booking and apply.
Vehicle rental is subject to a separate rental agreement covering driver eligibility, insurance, deposits and conditions of use, provided before release of the vehicle.
We take full responsibility for the accuracy and care of our own work. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, nor for events beyond our reasonable control, though we will act on your behalf in every such case.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
