Perdon Global Travel — Corporate & Private Travel
About

Twenty-six years of quiet arrivals.

Perdon Global Travel began in 2000 with one principle: the people we move should never have to think about how they got there.

Where it started

We opened our first office in Pleasanton, in the East Bay, in 2000, arranging corporate travel for companies whose executives needed to be in three cities in two days and back for dinner. It was careful, unglamorous work, and we were good at it.

Early on, we were asked to look after an international entertainer arriving for a private engagement, and shortly afterward an official delegation from an African nation. Both came with the things that make travel hard: security details, protocol, press interest, last-minute changes and no margin for error. We handled them the way we handled everything else, which is to say personally, and both stays passed without incident or attention. Word travelled. It has been travelling ever since.

What that taught us

The people who most need excellent travel are the people who can least afford to be seen needing it. A head of state, a touring artist, a founder in the middle of a deal: each is watched, each is on a schedule set by others, and each has a team around them that has to move as one. Serving them well is not about grand gestures. It is about the ramp being clear, the car being where it was promised, the room being quiet, and nobody ever learning who was there.

That standard now applies to every client, whether the board of a public company or a family on their summer travels. We have served household names for more than two decades and have never named one. We do not intend to start.

What has not changed since Pleasanton is who picks up the phone. Our clients speak to people who know them, and our service, we are told often enough to believe it, is second to none.
