Perdon Global Travel exists to move people who value discretion. This standard describes what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Only what a journey requires: identity and travel document details, contact information, preferences, and the requirements of any security or household staff travelling with you. For corporate accounts, the approvals and reporting your policy specifies.
To arrange and manage travel, to meet the legal requirements of carriers, airports and border authorities, and to maintain your profile so you never have to repeat yourself. We do not sell data, we do not use client names or journeys in marketing, and we do not disclose that a person is a client.
Your desk, and the operators, terminals, hotels and ground partners strictly needed to deliver a journey, each receiving only what their part requires. We may disclose information where the law compels it.
Encrypted storage and transmission, access limited to named staff, itineraries shared through secure channels on request, and prompt notification to you should any incident affect your data.
You may ask what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it once legal retention periods have passed. Requests go to your desk or to perdonvipsales@hotmail.com.
